    Orders ship in 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri). Weekend & holiday orders ship the next workday.

  2. US Delivery


  • Standard: $5.99, 5–8 business days | Free shipping on orders over $79
  • Expedited: $12.99, 2–4 business days

    AK, HI, PR add $8 shipping fee with extra transit time.

  1. International Shipping

    Ship to CA, UK, AU and EU countries. Rates auto calculated at checkout, transit 7–15 business days.

    Buyer pays all customs duties, VAT and import fees. We don’t ship to restricted countries.

  2. Tracking

    Tracking number will be emailed once shipped. Tracking updates may take 24 hours.

  3. Address & Delivery

    Please confirm your shipping address. We cannot adjust addresses after shipment. Failed delivery from wrong address costs buyer return fees.

  4. Lost/Damaged Packages

    Contact us within 10 days for lost parcels. Send photos within 48hrs if items arrive damaged for free replacement or refund.

    We assist claims for marked-delivered stolen packages.

  5. Returns Shipping

    Defective items: We cover return shipping.

    Personal reason returns: Buyer pays return shipping; restock fee may apply. Sale/custom goods are final sale.

  6. Delays

    We are not liable for delays from weather, carrier issues, customs or force majeure.
